From groundworks to steel

A typical package runs from excavation and reinforcement through pour, curing, steel installation and handover. Tower and pod steelwork is installed as part of the same accountability chain so the civils and steel do not become two arguments. Duct routes, cabinet bases and earthing provisions are set out from the construction pack, not guessed on the day.

Specification-led, documented handover

Telecoms clients and their principal contractors need records: mix, levels, as-built bolt positions, and photographs that match the quality gate. We work to the specified construction pack and hand over the evidence with the completed works. If the pack is incomplete, we will say so before we pour — not after the cabinet arrives.
